Hi, I'm Tobias Betz. I have always been fascinated by computer science and networks—especially the systems connecting developers, infrastructure, and reliable software delivery. You can find some of my personal projects on GitHub.

At Bosch Rexroth, I shape the strategic direction of the central CI/CD platform, lead an offshore team, and help embedded teams automate delivery without compromising quality or security.

I independently design customer-facing security and architecture tools—from firmware signing and HEX encryption to centralized toolchain platforms—and carry them from concept to sustainable delivery.

  • Operation and continuous improvement of the central, highly available, and secure CI/CD infrastructure.
